These Terms of Use govern your use of the storyos.org website, operated by RiseWorks Media, PBC, a Delaware public benefit corporation (“RiseWorks,” “we,” “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you access StoryOS as a paying customer, your organization’s separate subscription agreement — not these terms — governs that use.

The website

storyos.org is an informational marketing website. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time. We work to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any related systems; interfere with its operation or security; scrape or harvest data except as permitted by our robots directives; or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization when submitting a form.

Intellectual property

The StoryOS and RiseWorks names, logos, site design, and content are owned by RiseWorks Media, PBC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for informational purposes; you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

Submissions

If you send us information through a form or email (for example, waitlist or partnership inquiries), you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
